STPL remains CLOSED until further notice.
Library Pickup Service is available.
At this time, the Library is NOT accepting donations of used materials.

Library pickup service is available and the outside book drop is open for your returns. Scott Township Public Library remains closed until further notice. All programs and events are cancelled. The decision to remain closed is for the safety of the Library staff and community public health; the decision will be assessed on a monthly basis and is based on guidance from the CDC, the PA Department of Health, the Office of Commonwealth Libraries, the Allegheny County Health Department, and the Allegheny County Library Association.  We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to seeing you in the future.  Keep healthy and safe.

Donations of new or gently used brown paper grocery bags would be much appreciated.

Please note: In order to safeguard the health of patrons and staff, STPL is quarantining all items for a minimum of 4 days after their return.  Once you return items to the Library, it may take 7 or more days for your items to be checked in and removed from your account.  You will not incur fines as items will be backdated to the day they were returned.  Please have patience during this process.
